Great satay
Love this, and love that it has actually peanut butter, you can get the level of peanuty taste that you like. Using it to make skewers was really good too, the kids enjoyed them like that

Best satay recipe ever!
This was bloody delicious! The nicest satay dish compared to
all the other supermarket bought sauces or bases. Also prefer it over our local Thai takeaway satay dish! I used the healthy alternative peanut butter and added garlic and ginger and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Chicken thigh fillets are best for this. Yummy :) Buying up more sachets.
