Unlike seasonings, we needed a functional ingredient to thicken the gravy otherwise this gravy would be so damn runny! We have used gluten free starches (potato starch and rice flour) to achieve this.

We said goodbye to the Sugars (Sugar, Dextrose), Maize starch, Shortening Powders (Milk and Soy) (yes these gravies are plant-based for our vegans!), Artificial Colours, Anti-caking Agent and Vegetable Oil. Then we have added a whole bunch of favourite herbs and spices.
