Really nice flavour, it surprised me
I used the BBQ seasoning to make the BBQ beef potato bake and it really surpised me with the depth of flavour. When you follow this recipe I suggest you gradually add the stock as I found I didn't nee to use it all, otherwise it would be too sloppy.
