This is the closest to home made I've had. All I did was add some curry leaves and served Tamarind paste as a side along with Greek yoghurt for my not too spicy friends.

My 3 year old had two servings!!!
My daughter is incredibly fussy, and getting worse now she has turned 3. Last night I made this with basmati rice. I honestly wasn’t expecting much in the way of her even trying it.
I finely chopped up her chicken and poured extra sauce over the rice and she had two servings!
Just blown away.
I thought the flavour was so yum. The sauce is mild so it’s family friendly.
Will make again!
