Better than takeaway
This is a yummy butter chicken and I prefer it to take away now. The bonus is I get to choose what oil etc goes into our dinner and the comfort of knowing there are no nasties in mingle recipe bases.. It really makes life easier knowing there is a stress free dinner solution on the cupboard every night.

Totally impressed!
I made Mingle's butter chicken today and absolutely LOVED it! It was so easy to make! I added a little more chicken, passata, and cream than directed by the recipe on the packet, and was pleased I did as there was plenty of the curry gravy, which I love!
I was able to almost fill four large takeaway containers with the curry. I will end up with at least six meals out of this as one container is too much for me to eat. I didn't eat rice with my meal as it's not a good mix with my keto diet.
I highly recommend the butter chicken.
