SPAG BOL RAGU

YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1.4 kg boneless beef chuck roast, in 2-inch cubes
  • Mingle’s Spag Bol Recipe Base
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 celery stalk ,diced
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 450g pappardelle
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup grated parmesan

SPAG BOL TACOS

YOU’LL NEED:

  • 500 g of beef mince, tofu or lentils. 
  • Mingle’s Spag Bol Recipe Base
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 2 cups of zucchini (grated)
  • 200 ml passata
  • 400 ml of chopped tomatoes
  • 200 ml of stock beef or vegetable
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Tortillas
