CHOW MEIN NOODLES

You'll Need:
- 1 x Mingle Chow Mein Recipe Base
- 500g of chicken strips, beef strips or pork mince
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 packet of thin egg noodles
- ½ onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 large carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 100g of crushed peanuts
- 125ml of water



CHOW MEIN NOODLES
You'll Need:

- Lettuce cups
- ½ cup rice (cooked and cooled)

CHOW MEIN LETTUCE CUPS
You'll Need:
- 1 x Mingle Chow Mein Recipe Base
- 500g beef mince
- 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 100ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Lettuce cups
- ½ cup rice (cooked and cooled)
