CHOW MEIN NOODLES
YOU’LL NEED:
- 500g of chicken strips, beef strips or pork mince
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 packet of thin egg noodles
- ½ Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 100g of crushed peanuts
- 1 x sachet of Mingle Chow Mein
- 125 ml of water
CHOW MEIN LETTUCE CUPS
YOU’LL NEED:
- 500g beef mince
- Mingle’s Chow Mein Recipe base
- 4 cups cabbage (Shredded)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 100ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Lettuce cups
- ½ cup rice (Cooked and cooled)
