CHIPOTLE CHICKEN TACOS
YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 Sachet Mingle Chipotle Taco Recipe Base
- 500 g Chicken strips
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Green capsicum cut into strips
- 1 Zucchini cut into strips
- 400 g Tinned tomato
- 50 ml Stock
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Tortillas
- Salad bits
Chipotle Taco Salad
YOU’LL NEED:

- Generous Sprinkle Mingle Green Goddess Seasoning
- 500 gm beef or chicken mince
- 1 Head of lettuce
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cup red onion
- 1-2 Cup red cabbage
- 1 avocado
- Diced jalapeno & corn chips (to serve)
- 1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Cup fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 Cup lime juice
- 2 Tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 Cup Greek yoghurt or 1 avocado
