Ingredients
- 1 Sachet Mingle Chipotle Taco Recipe Base Sachet

Generous Sprinkle Mingle Green Goddess Seasoning
- 500 gm beef or chicken mince

1 Head of lettuce
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cup red onion
- 1-2 Cup red cabbage
- 1 avocado

Diced jalapeno & corn chips (to serve)
- 1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Cup fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 Cup lime juice
- 2 Tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 Cup Greek yoghurt or 1 avocado
Directions
- Prepare your creamy dressing by adding all ingredients to a blender and blending until smooth.
- Add your beef mince to a pan with a sachet of mingles chipotle taco seasoning & cook until brown.
- To a bow, add your lettuce, chipotle mince, onions, cabbage, tomatoes, sliced avo, corn chips & jalapenos.
- Top with coriander & a sprinkling of cheese.
