BUTTER CHICKEN TACOS

YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 x Sachet Mingle's Butter Chicken Recipe Base 
  • 2 Chicken breasts cut chunky
  • 1 Large carrot diced
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin finely chopped
  • 1 Large onion finely diced
  • 3 Garlic cloves finely diced
  • 400 ml Tomato passata
  • 300 ml Light cream
  • 200 ml Stock
  • Naan bread
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Cucumber to serve finely chopped

MINGLE BUTTER CHICKEN & HOMEMADE NAAN BREAD

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Arborio Rice
