Ingredients
- 1 Sachet Mingle Butter Chicken Recipe Base Sachet

2 Chicken breasts cut chunky

1 Large carrot diced
- 1 Cup Pumpkin finely chopped

1 Large onion finely diced

3 Garlic cloves finely diced
- 400 ml Tomato passata
- 300 ml Light cream
- 200 ml Stock

Naan bread
-
Greek yoghurt
-
Cucumber to serve finely chopped
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pan & cook onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in chunks of chicken and cook until browning and cooked through then throw in Mingle's Butter Chicken Sachet and veggies & cook for an additional 5-6 mins.
- Add passata, cream and stock into the pan and stir until combined. Let simmer for 20 mins.
- Serve on Naan bread & top with greek yogurt, cucumber and a sprinkle of parsley.
