YOU’LL NEED:
- 500g Chicken breast (diced)

- 3 spring onions
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 red/ yellow capsicum (sliced)
- 1 Cucumber (sliced)
- 150ml of chicken stock
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g sour cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
