Mingle Meat Tray Movement

1. Definitions

1.1 "Promoter" means Mingle Seasoning, ABN 85 610 269 148, of Level 2, 785 Toorak Road, Hawthorn East VIC 3123.

1.2 "Competition" means the Mingle Meat Tray Movement competition conducted by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.

1.3 "Promotion Period" means the period commencing at 12:00am AEST on 6 May 2026 and ending at 11:59pm AEST on 17 May 2026.

1.4 "Entrant" means any individual who submits a valid entry in accordance with these Terms during the Promotion Period.

1.5 "Club" means an incorporated or unincorporated association, community group, sporting team, social club, volunteer organisation, school group, or not-for-profit body that:

• operates primarily for the benefit of its members or the broader community;
• conducts regular fundraising activities such as raffles, sausage sizzles, bake sales, or similar community events; and
• is based in Australia and has three (3) or more members.

1.6 "Nominated Club" means the Club nominated by an Entrant as part of their Competition entry.

1.7 "Prize" has the meaning given in clause 8.

1.8 "Winner" means the Entrant whose entry is selected as a winning entry in accordance with clause 7.

1.9 "Website" means the Mingle competition landing page at [INSERT URL].

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or older who are nominating a Club they support; and
• representatives of Australian-based Clubs who are nominating their own Club, provided the representative is an Australian resident aged 18 years or or older and the entry is filed with the authority of the governing body or committee of the Club.

2.2 The Nominated Club must be an Australian-based Club as defined in clause 1.5, with a minimum of three (3) members.

2.3 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant or Nominated Club and to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

3. How To Enter

3.1 To enter the Competition, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

• visit the Website at [INSERT URL];
• complete all required fields in the nomination form, including: their name, email address, the name and location of the Nominated Club, and whether they are nominating as a supporter or on behalf of the Club; and
• submit an original written story about the Nominated Club's community contribution.

3.2 Each Entrant may submit only one (1) entry per Nominated Club. Multiple entries nominating the same Club by the same Entrant will be disqualified.

3.3 Entries must be submitted through the Website only. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

3.4 Entries must be received by the Promoter by 11:59pm AEST on 17 May 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.

3.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or not received for any reason.

3.6 No purchase is required in order to enter the promotion

4. Entry Requirements & Conditions

4.1 All entries must be the original work of the Entrant. Entries must not:

• infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• contain material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate; or
• make false or misleading claims about the Nominated Club.
• breach any individual's right to privacy nor any obligations of confidentiality;
• purport to be filed on behalf of a Club nominating itself without the approval of the governing body or committee of that Club;

4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive or not in keeping with the spirit of the Competition.

4.3 By submitting an entry, the Entrant warrants that:

• the entry is their own original work;
• they have the right to grant the Promoter the rights set out in clause 10; and
• all information provided in the entry is true and accurate.

4.4 The Entrant warrants that their entry complies with the requirements of clause 4.1, and indemnifies the Promoter, its officers, employees, contractors and agents against any loss, damage or cost arising from any claim arising from an alleged contravention of the requirements of clause 4.1.

5. Judging

5.1 This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

5.2 All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged by the Mingle marketing team (the "Judging Panel") on the following criteria:

• Uniqueness of entry;
• Perceived effort;
• Originality; and
• Impact on the community.

5.3 The Judging Panel will select the ten (10) entries that best demonstrate the above criteria in their sole and absolute discretion.

5.4 Judging will take place on 18 May 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the judging period if required.

5.5 The decision of the Judging Panel is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding judging decisions.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 Winners will be notified by telephone within seven (7) days of the Competition closing (i.e. by 24 May 2026).

6.2 If a Winner cannot be reached by telephone, the Promoter will contact them by email using the address provided at the time of entry.

6.3 A Winner must respond to the Promoter's notification and confirm their acceptance of the Prize within seven (7) days of being notified ("Claim Period").

6.4 If a Winner does not respond and claim their Prize within the Claim Period, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next highest-ranked eligible entry, at the Promoter's sole discretion.

6.5 Winners will be announced on the Promoter's website and social media channels. By entering, Entrants consent to this announcement.

7. The Prize

7.1 There are ten (10) prizes available. Each Prize consists of:

• Twelve (12) meat trays, each valued at approximately $70.00 (RRP); and
• Twelve (12) Mingle seasoning products, each valued at approximately $9.00 (RRP).

7.2 The total maximum value of each Prize is $948.00 (AUD) (inclusive of GST).

7.3 The total prize pool across all ten (10) winners does not exceed $9,480.00 (AUD).

7.4 The Prize is intended to support the Nominated Club's community fundraising activities and is awarded directly to the Winning Entrant's Nominated Club.

7.5 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product or service.

7.6 If a Prize (or component of a Prize) becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

7.7 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability arising from receipt of a Prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice if required.

7.8 Mingle Seasoning will arrange the prize delivery with the winning club directly This could be in the form of a credit to a local butcher, pre-purchased vouchers to the value of the prize or meat trays ordered and delivered to the winner.

7.9 All vouchers, credits or meat trays may be delivered at the same time, or stagged through a period of up to 12 months, at the Promoter's discretion.

8. Privacy & Data Collection

8.1 By entering the Competition, Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, using and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of:

• administering and conducting the Competition;
• contacting Entrants in relation to their entry and, if applicable, their Prize;
• announcing Winners; and
• sending marketing communications from the Promoter, where consent has been provided.

8.2 The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at [INSERT PRIVACY POLICY URL], and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8.3 Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting the Promoter at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] or by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication.

8.4 The Promoter will not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except as required for the administration of this Competition or as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

9.1 By submitting an entry, the Entrant grants the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, modify, broadcast and communicate the entry (including the written story and any other content submitted) for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• marketing, advertising and promotional purposes;
• public relations activities;
• publication on the Promoter's website, social media channels and other digital or print platforms.

9.2 The Promoter will not be required to seek further consent or provide compensation for such use.

9.3 The Entrant warrants that their entry does not infringe the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party, and indemnifies the Promoter, it's officers, employees, contractors and agents, against any loss, damage or cost arising from any claim of such infringement.

9.4 The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to attribute entries to the relevant Club when using content in promotional materials, but is not obliged to do so.

10. Publicity & Consent

10.1 By entering the Competition, each Entrant (and, where applicable, the Nominated Club) consents to the Promoter using their name, suburb/location and entry content for promotional and publicity purposes, including in media releases, social media posts, and on the Promoter's website, without further notice or compensation.

10.2 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as a photograph or short video) as a condition of receiving their Prize. Winners will be notified of any such requirements at the time of Prize notification.

10.3 If a Winner does not consent to participation in publicity activity, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, select an alternative winner.

11. General Conditions

11.1 By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants and Nominated Clubs and to disqualify any Entrant who:

• provides false or misleading information;
• tampers with or attempts to tamper with the Competition entry process;
• engages in conduct that is dishonest, fraudulent or otherwise contrary to these Terms; or
• acts in a way that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or contrary to the spirit of the Competition.

11.3 If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights or guarantees which cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

11.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability to any Entrant in connection with this Competition is limited to the value of the Prize that Entrant would have been entitled to receive.

11.6 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by an Entrant or a Nominated Club in connection with participation in this Competition or receipt of a Prize.

12. Governing Law

12.1 This Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

12.2 By entering the Competition, Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia.
