TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

This promotion is conducted by Mingle Seasoning Pty Ltd, ABN: 85 610 269 148, Address: Level 1/785 Toorak Rd, Hawthorn East VIC 3123, Australia ("Promoter").

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Start: 19/11/2025 at 9:00am AEDT (12:00pm NZDT)
End: 20/11/2025 at 9:00am AEDT (12:00pm NZDT)

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to Australian and New Zealand residents only, aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

Each person may receive only one (1) refund, regardless of number of orders placed.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Place an order on mingleseasoning.com during the Promotional Period.

Orders must be completed and payment processed within the 24-hour window.

Orders can be placed from Australia or New Zealand.

Refunds will be processed in the currency of the original transaction.

Cancelled, refunded, or incomplete orders are not eligible.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

Five (5) customers will receive a full refund of their order value (excluding shipping).

Maximum refund value: $999 AUD (or NZD equivalent based on order currency) per order. Total prize pool: Up to $4,995 AUD.

Products will not be required to be returned.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

Selection will occur on 24/11/2025 at 9:00am AEDT at the Promoter's office in Hawthorn East, VIC, Australia.

Winners will be notified via email within 48-72 hours of selection. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

7. PRIZE CLAIM

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of winner verification.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Australia), and the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

Information will only be used for conducting this promotion and may be disclosed to prize suppliers.

By entering, participants consent to their information being used for this purpose.

New Zealand entrants have rights under the Privacy Act 2020 to access and correct their personal information.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or providing false information.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website errors, payment processing delays, or communication failures.

10. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).

11. PERMIT NUMBERS AND JURISDICTION

No trade promotion permit is required for this promotion as the total prize pool value does not exceed the threshold requiring permits in NSW, ACT, or SA.

New Zealand does not require permits for promotional competitions of this nature.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
