Midweek Curry made easy and Delicious!
I recently tried the Mingle Sri Lankan Recipe Base and was really impressed. It made it incredibly easy to create a delicious, authentic-tasting Sri Lankan curry at home without needing a cupboard full of spices. The flavour was well balanced, with just the right amount of warmth and richness, and the recipe was simple to follow.

So aromatic and flavoursome
I had never tried a Sri Lankan curry recipe base before, and this one was delicious. It was aromatic, full of flavour and made it incredibly easy to create something different at home. The spices gave the curry plenty of depth without making it difficult to eat. I’ll certainly make this again when I’m craving a warm and comforting meal.

Delicious week night dinner option
This recipe is delicious and makes a good portion. I actually use it for meal prep for one. It makes about 4 - 5 portions and keeps well in the fridge.
I did sub a tin of finely diced tomatoes instead of 3 tomatoes to save time but its delicious either way.
