Ingredients

2 cans of Tuna in springwater
- 2 tbsp Mingle Chilli and Lime Seasoning
- 1 ½ cups pasta, cooked
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 1.2 red onion, diced
- 125g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 olives, diced
- 1 tbsp parsley
Directions
Add the red onion, tomatoes, tuna (sprinkled with Mingle Chilli & Lime Seasoning), spinach, olives, and parsley to a large bowl.
Cook your pasta until al dente, then drain and let it cool. Toss with a bit of olive oil to prevent it from sticking.
Whisk the salad dressing ingredients together, then pour over the salad.
Add the cooled pasta and mix everything until well combined.
