Ingredients

Generous Sprinkle Mingle Citrus Pepper Seasoning
2 Salmon fillets
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp Honey
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 Avocado
Rice to serve

Directions

In a bowl, add your cubes of salmon & coat in mustard, honey and Mingle's Citrus Pepper Seasoning.
Place salmon bites in the airfryer and fry for 10-12 mins on 180C.
Prepare a spicy mayo by combining Mingle's Chilli Lime Seasoning & light mayo.
To serve, add rice, salmon pieces, cucumber and avo to a bowl & top with spicy mayo and Mingle's Spicy Bagel Seasoning.
