We’ve been seeing these viral Beyti Kebabs EVERYWHERE so we made them TACO STYLE 🤤🙌
Ingredients

500g beef mince
-
1 heaped tbsp Mingle Taco Seasoning
-
½ small onion, finely diced
-
½ red capsicum, finely diced
-
½ tomato, deseeded and finely diced
-
Juice of ½ lime
-
3 large tortilla wraps
-
1 tsp olive oil
Avocado Crema:
-
½ avocado
-
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
-
1 tsp Mingle Guac Seasoning
-
Juice of ½ lime
Directions
In a bowl combine beef mince, Mingle Taco Seasoning, onion, capsicum, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Lay the tortilla flat and spread the meat mixture in a thin even layer across the surface.
Roll tightly into a log shape, then slice into thick pinwheels (about 3–4cm wide)
Thread the pinwheels onto skewers so the spiral faces upward.
Lightly spray or brush the exposed tortilla edges with olive oil to help them crisp.
Place into an airfryer at 180°C and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the edges are golden and crispy.
Avocado Crema:
Blend avocado, Greek yoghurt, Mingle Guac Seasoning and lime juice until smooth.
Serve:
Drizzle the avocado crema over the hot taco pinwheel kebabs and finish with fresh coriander and lime wedges if desired.
