Ingredients

500 grams beef strips
375 grams rainbow stir fry vegetables
1 avocado
½ a lime
¼ Mingle’s Spicy bagel seasoning
30g of Mingle’s Swicy Seasoning
1 tbsp of oil
250g brown rice

Directions

In a large bowl, coat the beef strips in Mingle’s korean swicy seasoning
Heat a wok & cook the beef strips for 3-4 minutes (until brown).
Set aside and keep warm
Toss rainbow vegetables in lime juice.
Heat oil in the wok and stir fry vegetables for 4 minutes
Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, beef, slices of avo and finish with Mingle’s Spicy Everything Bagel Seasoning
