Ingredients

150g diced chicken breast

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/2 cup diced celery
-
1/2 cup frozen peas & carrots

200ml chicken stock
-
1 tbsp flour or corn flour

1/4 packet Mingle Sri Lankan Curry seasoning

1/2 sheet puff pastry
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a pan, brown the chicken, then add vegetables and soften.
Stir in seasoning and flour, then add the stock.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish and top with the pastry.
Bake for 30–40 mins until the pastry is golden.
