Ingredients

500 g diced chicken
- ½ onion, chopped
- ½ red capsicum, chopped
- ½ green capsicum, chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 ml milk
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 1 sachet Mingle Peri Peri Seasoning
- 300 g bowtie pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Add chicken, onion, capsicum, tomato paste, chicken stock, milk and Mingle Peri Peri Seasoning to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- Add pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking, stirring occasionally.
- Stir through shredded cheese just before serving.
- Serve hot, with extra cheese sprinkled on top if desired.
