Ingredients

500 g diced chicken
- ½ onion, chopped
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 sachet Mingle Butter Chicken Recipe Base
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups pasta
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- Parsley, to garnish
Directions
Add chicken, onion, crushed tomatoes, Mingle Butter Chicken Recipe Base and chicken stock into the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- Add pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir until tender.
- Stir through Greek yoghurt. Cook for another 5 minutes on low.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
