Ingredients
- 
500 g diced chicken breast
 - 1 red capsicum, chopped
 - ½ red onion, chopped
 - 300 ml chicken stock
 - 3 tbsp tomato paste
 - 
300 ml cooking cream
 - 1 sachet Mingle Buffalo Chicken Bake Seasoning
 - 
300 g bowtie pasta
 - 1–2 cups spinach
 - ¾ cup shredded cheese
 
Directions
Add chicken, onion, capsicum, chicken stock, tomato paste, cream and Mingle Buffalo Chicken Bake Seasoning to the slow cooker. Stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours.
 - Add pasta and spinach during the last 30 minutes of cooking, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked.
 - Stir through shredded cheese before serving.
 - Serve hot, with extra cheese on top if desired.

- Freeze: Stores well in airtight containers for up to 3 months.
 - Shortcut: Swap fresh spinach for frozen to save time.
