Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 x 400ml cans coconut milk
- 250ml chicken stock
- 1 sachet Mingle Satay Recipe Base
- 2 x 80g packets ramen noodles
- 9 chicken gyozas, frozen
- Spring onion
- Crispy chilli oil
- Black sesame seeds
Optional to top:
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large baking dish, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, stock, & Satay recipe base. Use a whisk to thoroughly mix it all together.
- Add ramen noodles & the dumplings to the dish, ensuring they’re mostly submerged and transfer to the oven for 20 minutes.
- Top with chopped spring onion, chilli oil & sesame seeds
