Ingredients
Burger:
-
1 rice paper sheets
-
1 burger patty
-
1 slice cheese
-
2-5 pickle slices
Burger Sauce:
-
1 tbsp Mingle Tomato Sauce
-
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
-
1 tsp American mustard
-
Sesame seeds for topping
-
Olive oil spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, Mingle Tomato Sauce, pickles, pickle juice and mustard to make the burger sauce. Set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Shape the beef mince into a burger patty and place into the hot pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside to cool slightly.
Dip the rice paper sheet into the beaten egg until softened but still sturdy. Lay over a small bowl or onto a flat surface.
Top rice paper with the burger patty, cheddar cheese, burger sauce and pickle slices.
Fold the rice paper up and over the filling, creating a tightly sealed parcel. Place seam-side down onto the prepared baking tray. Brush generously with the remaining egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the rice paper is crisp and deeply golden.
Serve hot with extra burger sauce for dipping and your favourite side.
