Ingredients

100g Medjool dates

2 tbsp nut butter of choice

2 tbsp Mingle Pistachio Sweet Topper

100g dark chocolate (70%+)
Directions
Pit the dates to remove the seeds, slicing them open like a book so they are ready to be stuffed.
Fill each date with roughly 1 tsp nut butter.
Melt the dark chocolate, then cover the stuffed dates.
Whilst the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle over the Mingle Pistachio Sweet Topper until coated.
Leave to chill and set in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has set.
