These Peri Peri Pan-Fried & Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs are a spicy, satisfying meal with minimal effort. 6 chicken thighs

3 tbsp Mingle’s Peri Peri Seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil Lemon wedges (optional)
 
Directions
Season the chicken: Pat chicken dry, rub with olive oil and Mingle’s Peri Peri seasoning.
Pan-fry: Heat a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Place chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
Bake: Flip the chicken thighs, then transfer the pan to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
