Bring the sizzle of satay to your table with Mingle's easy one-pan wonder!
Ingredients
- 
                
1 sachet Mingle’s Satay Recipe Base 
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp of tamari
- 1 can of coconut cream
- 200ml of chicken stock
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh rolled noodles (available from an Asian Grocer)
- A handful of spring onion, chopped
- A bunch of Bok Choy, cleaned and chopped
- 500 g of Chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
-

Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning 
Directions
- Start by chopping your veggies – spring onions and Bok Choy. Set aside. 
- In a bowl, combine Mingle’s Satay sachet, peanut butter, tamari, coconut cream, chicken stock, and lime juice. Whisk together until smooth. 
- In a large pan or wok, cook the chicken pieces until they're golden brown and cooked through. 
- Add the fresh rolled noodles and chopped veggies into the pan. Stir and mix well. 
- Drizzle in the prepared satay sauce and mix thoroughly, ensuring the noodles and chicken are well coated. 
- Continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until the noodles are soft and have absorbed the rich flavours of the sauce. 
- Plate up your satay noodle masterpiece, garnish with chopped spring onions, a sprinkle of Mingle’s Spicy Bagel Seasoning, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
