Frozen batter today, fluffy pancakes tomorrow! Mingle makes mornings magically easy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of SR flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- A generous sprinkle of Mingle's Peanut Butter Sweet Topper
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 of a cup of oat milk
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp of maple syrup

Optional toppings: Pana choc chips, blueberries, or raspberries
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the SR flour, baking powder, eggs, oat milk, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
Stir in a generous sprinkle of Mingle's Peanut Butter Sweet Topper. You can also fold in Pana choc chips, blueberries, or raspberries if you're in the mood for some extra flair.
Pour the pancake batter evenly into an ice tray. For ideal portions, fill each section up to the top.
Pop the ice tray into the freezer until the pancake batter is solid.
When it's breakfast time, simply pop out the frozen pancake batter from the ice tray and onto a preheated non-stick pan. Cook until golden brown on each side.
Plate your freshly made pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup, or any other toppings you fancy. Dive in!
