1. Cut squid tubes into rectangular blocks.

2. Mix in Mingle Garlic & Herb Seasoning together with potato flour in a bowl and toss squid tubes through mixture. All the surface area should be covered like on Turkish delight.

3. Put aside and leave for 20 minutes.

4. Cut all salad ingredients and toss with coconut sugar, lime, oil and fish sauce. (chilli if you like)

5. Heat olive oil in a deep pan (enough to cover the squid).

6. Cook in batches and set on paper towel to dry
|
7. Toss in Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning and white pepper. Serve with salt and lime juice.
