Ingredients

1 tbsp of Mingle’s DIY Burger Sauce
500g x beef mince
1 zucchini, grated
1 carrot, grated
2 tbsp of Mingle’s Backyard BBQ
6 burger cheese slices
6 burger buns
½ x onion, sliced
8 x pickles, sliced

Directions

Grate your Zucchini, place into a sleeve and squeeze excess water out.
Grate your Carrot and add to the Zucchini
Combine Mince, Zucchini, Carrot and Backyard Barbecue seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
Roll into 6 balls and set aside
To make the burger sauce combine the mayo and Burger seasoning in a bowl and mix well
On a hot BBQ plate (or pan) place a ball of meat down, and squash with the back of a spatula.
After a minute or so, flip and place cheese on top. Allow it to melt
Plate up & dig in
