Ingredients
- 8 Weet-Bix (2 per serving)
- ½–1 cup hot water (enough to create a soft paste)
- 600 g vanilla YoPro yoghurt (or other protein yoghurt)
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp Mingle Peanut Butter Cup Sweet Topper
- 200 g fresh or frozen berries
- Extra Mingle Peanut Butter Cup Sweet Topper, to sprinkle
- Optional drizzle: mix 1 tsp Peanut Butter Cup Sweet Topper with1-2 tbsp hot water to make a sauce. Double for more peanut butter sauce.

Directions
In individual bowls or containers, crush 2 Weet-Bix per serving.
Add hot water gradually, stirring until it forms a soft paste.
Spread evenly across the base. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt with protein powder and Mingle Peanut Butter Cup Sweet Topper until smooth and creamy.
Spoon yoghurt mixture over the Weet-Bix base. Top with berries and an extra sprinkle of Peanut Butter Cup Sweet Topper.
For extra indulgence, drizzle with the Peanut Butter Cup sauce before serving. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for later.
