Ingredients
- Salmon fillets (approx. 500g)
- Mingle's Everything Bagel Seasoning (Spicy Edition) (to taste)
- 1 egg white
- Cucumber, chopped
- Fresh dill, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Juice of a fresh lime
- Mingle's Garlic and Herb Seasoning (to taste)
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- Spring onion, chopped
- Mingle’s Everything Bagel Seasoning (Spicy Edition) (to taste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Cooked brown rice
- Avocado slices
- Mayonnaise (optional)

For Serving:
Directions
Gently coat each salmon fillet in the egg white.
Sprinkle generously with Mingle’s Everything Bagel Seasoning (Spicy Edition).
Air-fry at 200°C for 5-7 minutes. The exact time might vary depending on how well-done you like your salmon.
In a bowl, mix all herb salad ingredients until well combined. Toss with Mingle’s Garlic and Herb Seasoning.
In a jar, combine all the ginger soy dressing ingredients. Seal and shake vigorously until well blended.
Serve a bed of brown rice, topped with the spiced salmon fillet.
Garnish with the herb salad.
Drizzle the ginger soy dressing over the top.
Add avocado slices for a creamy touch and a dollop of mayo if desired.
