Ingredients

1 ½ x cups of natural yoghurt

3 x tablespoons of Mingle’s taco seasoning (available at Coles and Woolworths)
- 1 x tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and apply to chicken or lamb for 1 hour before cooking. Cook in the oven or on the bbq.
