Ingredients

1 medium potato
-
1 chicken breast
-
1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Mingle Lemon Pepper

Small squeeze lemon juice

30–40g grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Ranch Style sauce:
-
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
-
¼ tsp white wine vinegar
-
1 garlic clove minced
-
1 tsp chopped parsley
-
Squeeze of lemon
Directions
Cut potato into fries. Toss with half the oil, 1 tsp Mingle Lemon & Pepper seasoning, salt & pepper.
Air fry fries at 180°C for 10 minutes, whilst you prepare your chicken.
While fries cook, coat chicken with remaining oil, Mingle Lemon Pepper seasoning, lemon juice.
Add chicken to airfryer with fries and cook for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked. Rest for 2–3 minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
Once fries are done, layer fries onto some baking paper, top with diced chicken and sprinkle over cheese.
Return to air fryer at 180°C for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted.
Finish with fresh parsley and ranch style sauce.
