Are you tired of the same old lasagna? Shake things up with this innovative Lasagne Style Wrap Bake that serves two. This recipe combines traditional lasagna flavors with tortillas, making it a fun and delicious alternative.
Ingredients

150g lasagne meat sauce

100g beef mince
-
¼ onion
-
½ carrot, finely diced
-
½ celery stick, finely diced

1 tbsp Mingle Spag Bol recipe base

1 cup passata
-
1 tsp tomato paste
-
3 tbsp ricotta
-
1 cup mozzarella, grated
-
6 basil leaves
-
3 large tortillas
Directions
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil with onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5 mins or until soft. Add beef mince and cook, breaking it up, until browned.
Add Spag Bol seasoning, passata, and tomato paste. Stir and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Lightly dip tortillas in water, then cut each tortilla in half.
Spread a tsp of ricotta and cooled lasagne mixture into the centre of each tortilla half. Top with mozzarella and fold into triangles.
Arrange in a pie dish, spread extra ricotta on top, and sprinkle with a little extra mozzarella, and bake for 20–25 minutes until deeply golden and crisp.
Finish with a basil leaf on each triangle.
