The perfect appetiser if you’re hosting this weekend!
Ingredients

12 wonton wrappers

250g grape tomatoes, halved

150g baby bocconcini, halved

½ cup fresh basil, finely chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp Mingle Balsamic Dressing
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a 12-hole muffin tray.
Gently press a wonton wrapper into each muffin hole to create a cup shape.
Lightly spray or brush the wrappers with olive oil.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool completely.
Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, bocconcini, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of Mingle Balsamic Dressing and gently toss to coat.
Spoon the tomato mixture evenly between the wonton cups.
Finish with a drizzle of the remaining Mingle Balsamic Dressing and extra chopped basil just before serving.
