Ingredients
- 500g chicken tenderloins
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 
                
                
1 sachet Buffalo Seasoning 
- 
2 tbsp mayonnaise 
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp water
- Finely chopped fresh parsley
- Lime juice
- 
1 tbsp of Mayonaise 
- 
2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt 
- 
½ lemon, juiced 
- 
                
                
1 tablespoon of Mingle Garlic & Dill Ranch spice 
Ranch Dipping Sauce
Directions
- In a large dish, combine crushed cornflakes with Mingles Buffalo Chicken Recipe base - leave out about 1 tbsp of the buffalo spice for the sauce. 
- Dip each chicken tender first in a bowl of flour, then the eggs, then the corn flakes.
- Transfer to air fryer tray, generously drizzle over oil over the chicken.
- Air fry at 200 for 20 minutes, flipping half way.
- To make the buffalo sauce, combine mayonnaise, 1 tbsp buffalo spice, honey and water.
- To serve, drizzle the buffalo sauce over the chicken evenly. Sprinkle fresh parsley and squeeze lime juice over the chicken.
- Mix your yoghurt, mayo, lemon juice & ranch seasonings together for the ultimate dipping sauce.
