Ingredients

4 medium apples, diced

1 tbsp Mingle Apple Pie Sweet Topper

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp maple syrup

80g jumbo oats
-
1 tbsp smooth nut butter (cashew, peanut, or almond)

1 tbsp light brown sugar

2 egg whites
-
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt
Apple Base:
Crumble Topping:
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C
Cook the apples:
- In a saucepan, combine the diced apples, lemon juice, Mingle Apple Pie Sweet Topper and and maple syrup.
- Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the apples soften slightly and release some juice, add a splash of water to loosen.
Make the crumble topping:
- In a bowl, mix oats, nut butter, brown sugar, egg whites, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined and crumbly.
- (Add protein powder here if using — adjust texture with a splash of milk or water if needed.)
Assemble:
- Divide the apple mixture evenly into 4 small oven-safe meal prep containers or one medium baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with a dollop of greek yoghurt and extra sprinkle of Mingle Apple Pie Topper.
