Ingredients
- 1 shallot, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 packet of Mingle’s Green Curry Recipe Base
- 1 400ml can of coconut milk
- 500ml chicken stock
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 200g frozen edamame
- 20 frozen dumplings
- Fresh chilli
- Fresh Coriander
- Juice of 1 juice
- Fresh coriander
- Fresh chilli

Directions
Over medium heat, sauté garlic, ginger and shallots for 1-2 minutes until translucent.
- Add in the entire packet of Mingle’s Green Curry Recipe Base, then immediately add coconut milk and chicken stock - bring to a gentle simmer
- Add the broccolini and continue simmering for 5 minutes
- Add the edamame and frozen dumplings. Simmer for another 10 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through
- Remove from heat and top with fresh coriander, fresh chill & the juice of 1 lime.
