Add a sprinkle of Mingle's Greek Garlic Seasoning to your marinade, and watch your taste buds dance the Zorba! It's the secret to turning ordinary dishes into Mediterranean masterpieces.
Ingredients

4 x tbsp of Mingle’s Greek Garlic Seasoning (available at Coles)

5 x tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 x lemon
-
2 x Teaspoons of dijon mustard

1 x tbsp of honey or natural sweetener
Directions
Add all ingredients into a jar and shake until mixed. Use on lamb/chicken skewers/roasts etc
Marinade for an hour minimum. Overnight will yield best results.
