Garlic and Herb Cob Loaf

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Finely dice onion & ham.
3. Heat olive oil on a pan & saute onion until fragrant then add in ham.
4. Add thickened cream, cream cheese & mozzarella and mix until combined.
5. Add in handfuls of spinach and cook until wilted.
6. Generously sprinkle your garlic and herb seasoning in & stir until combined then take off the heat.
7. Hollow out a cob loaf (reserve the insides for dipping) then pour creamy mixture inside.
8. Bake loaf in the oven for 10-15 mins.
9. Once the cob is toasted, dip in & enjoy!
