Ingredients

1 & 1/2 cup sushi rice

425gr x can of tuna

2 x heaped tbsp of Japanese mayonnaise

1 x packet of roasted seaweed crushed

3 x spring onions chopped (some extra for topping)

3 x tbsp Mingle's Everything bagel seasoning (available at Coles and Woolworths)

½ cup of chilli mayo (Japanese mayo + your fave chili sauce)
Directions
Pre heat oven to 180
Cook sushi rice according to packet and once cooled place it into a baking dish and spread it out evenly and firmly
In a bowl mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, spring onion and crushed roasted seaweed and spread that on top of the rice.
Sprinkle some @mingleseasoning bagel seasoning all over the top and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Drizzle a good amount of chilli Mayo on top along with some extra spring onion and enjoy as is or with some roasted seaweed
