2 x tsp Dijon mustard
2 x tsps raw honey
3 x tsp Mingle’s Everything Bagel (available at Coles)
1 x tbsp light soy
1 tbsp of whole egg mayo (or vegan if preferred)
Add all ingredients into a jar and shake until mixed. Use on any salad or rice bowl that you like.
