Ingredients

Generous Sprinkle Mingle Citrus Pepper Seasoning
Generous Sprinkle Mingle Garlic & Dill Seasoning
2 Chicken breasts
Cornflakes (crushed)
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Greek yogurt

Directions

Chop chicken breasts into chunks.
Mix together crushed cornflakes with Mingle's Citrus Pepper Seasoning.
Coat chicken chunks in egg then cornflake mixture and place into the air fryer.
Cook for 15 - 20 mins on 180C until golden and crispy & cooked in the middle.
Prepare creamy ranch by combining Mingle's Dill and Garlic Seasoning & greek yogurt.
Dip nuggets into ranch and enjoy!
