Ingredients
- Generous Sprinkle Mingle Pizza Seasoning
- 300 gm Pasta

Eight Sausages (skins taken off and broken up)

1 large Red onion diced

4 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
- Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 L Stock
- 250 mL Passata
- 125 mL Light cream
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Heat oil on a pan over medium hight heat & saute onion until fragrant.
- Add garlic and cook for 1-2 mins then add in sausage & cook until browned.
- Add in Mingle's Pizza Seasoning, tomato paste, passata, stock & cream. Stir to combine.
- Place uncooked pasta into pot & leave until most liquid has absorbed and pasta is fully cooked.
- Lastly, throw in cheese and mix until melted.
