Ingredients

1 steak (sirloin works well)

Olive oil
-
¾ cup pasta
-
½ brown onion, diced
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
20g grated Parmesan
-
½ cup cream
-
⅓ stock (vegetable or chicken will work)

1 tbsp Mingle Italian Herb Seasoning
-
Fresh parsley to finish
-
Extra grated Parmesan to finish
Directions
Cook your steak to your liking and remove from pan to set aside to rest
Put your pasta onto boil, reserve ½ cup of pasta water for later.
In the same pan, add some butter or olive oil and then add your onions. Cook until soft and golden.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in stock and cream. Add Mingle Italian Herb Seasoning and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add pasta into the sauce with a splash of pasta water if needed. Stir through Parmesan until glossy.
Slice steak and serve it on top of the pasta with a sprinkle of parsley and extra Parmesan.
