Ingredients

250g chicken mince
-
½ packet of Mingle Garlic Greek Recipe Base
-
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
-
1 egg
-
2 tbsp chopped parsley
-
1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce:
-
1/2 cup cream
-
Juice of 1/2 lemon
-
2 heaped tbsp Mingle Garlic Greek Recipe Base
-
1/4 cup chicken stock
-
1–2 handfuls spinach
Directions
In a bowl, combine chicken mince, Mingle Garlic Greek Recipe Base, breadcrumbs, egg and parsley. Mix and form into meatballs.
Cook meatballs in a pan or in airfryer at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
In a pan on medium heat, add cream, lemon juice, chicken stock and Mingle Garlic Greek Recipe Base, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer gently.
Return meatballs to pan and coat in the sauce.
Serve with rice, pasta or greens.
