Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup high-protein Greek yogurt or Skyr
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (≈50–60g total)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener to taste
- 2–3 tsp cinnamon-donut seasoning (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt

- 1–2 tsp cinnamon-donut seasoning
- Optional: 1–2 tsp milk if you need to thin for drizzling

- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease 4 small glass ramekins (oven safe)
- In a blender combine all base ingredients until smooth and well-blended.
- Divide batter evenly into the ramekins.
- Stir swirl ingredients in a small bowl, then drizzle a spiral over each.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until just set in the centre.
- Allow to cool in the ramekins for 10 minutes before serving or frosting.
