Christmas SUSHI presents
A cute little elevation to your sushi platter this Christmas!

Ingredients
- ¾ cup cooked sushi rice

2 tbsp Mingle Furikake seasoning

9 thin slices of salmon sashimi

1 small sachet wasabi (optional)

20g fresh seaweed

1 tbsp soy sauce (for serving)
Directions
Cook sushi rice to packet instructions
Add the Mingle Furikake seasoning to the rice
Lay cling wrap down and slightly overlap 3 slices of sashimi. Place a small dab of wasabi in the middle
Roll the furikake rice into a tight ball and place in the middle of the sashimi. Wrap tightly with the glad wrap
Use an elastic band to shape the ball into a square and press a vertical and horizontal line where the seaweed bows will sit
Use the seaweed to create a bow like look
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
